Pikes Peak is one of the 54 peaks in Colorado with an elevation greater than 14,000 feet above sea level. It is the 31st highest “fourteener”, at an elevation of 14,115’, and i s accessible to anyone. Experience this peak by driving the 19-mile Pikes Peak Highway, ride the Pikes Peak Cog Railway or hike one of the trails to the summit including Barr Trail. The Pikes Peak Highway is paved to the summit and opens year-round, weather permitting.
