HISTORIC STRANAHAN HOUSE MUSEUM
Built in 1901, the Stranahan House is the oldest
structure in Broward County. Designed with the natural
environment in mind and constructed with native
materials, it stands as a lasting tribute to pioneers Frank
and Ivy Stranahan and exemplifies the wilderness of Fort
Lauderdale during the early 20th century.
