Chef/Owner - Eduardo Pria
Born in Mexico City, in the neighborhood of San
Angel, at 17 Eduardo Pria earned a scholarship to
attend Escuela Superior de Hosteleria y Turismo
in Madrid, Spain, and graduated with high honors.
In 1993 he opened his restaurant Eduardo
de San Angel, named by Zagat Guide as one of
America’s Top Restaurants.
